BIRTHDAY PARTY FAQ

What time should we arrive?

We suggest you ask all your guests to arrive 10 minutes prior to party starting time. Your lanes will be on beginning at the party start time and only for an hour so need everyone to arrive promptly so they can all get down to the lanes to maximize the lane time. We can not start lanes later or extend them due to the party schedule.

What do I need to bring to my party?

Please only bring a cake, cookie cake or cupcakes to celebrate. No other outside food is permitted. Please leave the ice cream at home for later. If you would like to bring a balloon bouquet with a weight we can put it on the party table.

Can I bring my own outside food and / or drink?

With your birthday party booking only birthday cake is allowed, we provide the drinks for your party so please leave everything else at home and enjoy your cake, soft drinks or other items from our snack bar. No other outside food or drinks will be allowed in the bowling center.

What kind of decorations are provided and can I bring my own products?

We provide your party with fun, colorful birthday themed plates, cups and napkins as well as a birthday balloon bouquet attached to a decorated bowling pin. Enough paper supplies are provided for the number of lanes you have reserved. If you have a theme and would like to bring your own decorations, we ask that you bring them in by the Friday prior to your party so our hosts have time to set the up with the party.

How long is the party?

The Birthday Bash and Glow parties are 2 hours total. One hour on the party lanes and one hour in the party area. We ask that you please respect this schedule so that other parties that day have the same opportunity to enjoy the spaces provided after our hosts are able to clean up and reset.

What happens once my party is booked?

You should receive an online confirmation in your email. The week of the party a coordinator will reach out to confirm your pizza & pop choices as well as the number of bowlers. If you have any changes please let us know ASAP as we are reserving those lanes and the staffing for your party.

Is there a cost for others to be added to the party or what if adults want to bowl too?

Your party package includes bowling and products for up to 12 bowlers so anyone may bowl up to 12 people. If you want to add a lane to your party the charge will include the bowling and the rest of the package for up to 6 bowlers per lane.

BIRTHDAY PARTY DEPOSIT POLICY

All birthdays should be booked online through the website. You’re welcome to call or message us with any questions but bookings will be all online so please plan ahead and make sure your date is available.

A deposit of $75 is necessary to reserve the date/time of a party. Deposits are due at time of booking online. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule the birthday party at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit may be applied to a reschedule, or refunded on a gift card.

Parties cancelling less than 48 hours prior to party time may either reschedule party date (if due to family situation, illness, extreme situations) or forfeit the deposit if cancelled or if no cancellation is given (no show).

Gratuity

A minimum gratuity of 10% will be added to birthday parties to acknowledge the hard work our hosts put into making your experience special. Should you wish to provide an additional gratuity, please inform us. We can facilitate this through our system or you have the option to add it directly via your credit card.

Party Reservations:

Once lanes are booked online for the Birthday Party Package, they cannot be reduced on the day of the party. However, we are happy to add lanes, food, drinks, and extras on the day of the party. Please note that once lanes are booked online and confirmed, they cannot be removed on the day of the party for a refund.
